How to Hide Multiple Products at Once (Without Deleting Them)

If you need to temporarily hide items from your store but don’t want to permanently move them to the trash, you can easily do this using the bulk edit tool.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Products in your main website menu.
Check the small boxes next to the specific items you want to hide.
At the top of the list, click the Bulk actions drop-down menu, choose Edit, and click the Apply button.
A new bulk edit panel will pop open. Find the drop-down menu labeled Status.
Change the Status to Draft. (This removes them from the live website without deleting them!)
Click the Update button to save your changes

Tip: How to Show Your Products Again When you are ready to make these items visible on your live site again, simply follow the exact same steps above, but change the Status back to Published.
