When a customer makes a purchase, their order will appear in your dashboard as “Processing.” Once you have packed and shipped the item, you need to update the order so the customer receives their final confirmation email.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Orders in your main website menu.

Click on the specific Order Number or the customer’s name to open the order details.

Locate the Status drop-down menu (usually near the top left of the order screen).

Change the status from Processing to Completed.

Optional: If you have a tracking number, paste it into the “Order Notes” section on the right side, select Note to customer, and click Add.

On the right side of the screen, click the Update button.
Note: Changing the status to “Completed” automatically triggers an email to your customer letting them know their order is finalized and on the way!
