1. Your Main Dashboard Screen

When you first log in, you will always land on this main screen. We’ve placed the most important tools right at your fingertips:

• Help Desk: Have a question or need to submit a ticket? Click the Get Help button here to reach our support team directly.

• API Catalog & New Brands: Quick access to your catalog database and over 250 premier brands to keep your inventory fresh.

• AISEO Boost: Access to our automated SEO tools to help grow your organic traffic.

• R&A Web Updates & Blog: Keep an eye on the bottom half of your screen! We regularly post new website features, POS integration updates, and retail strategies right here so you never miss out on ways to grow your business.

2. The Left-Hand Menu (Your Day-to-Day Tools)

The black menu on the left side of your screen contains all your store management tools. Here are the most important areas you will use regularly:

Store & Sales Management

• E-Commerce: This is where you will manage your daily customer Orders, handle refunds, and adjust store settings.

• Products: Your complete inventory. Go here to edit prices, add product variations, or put items on sale.

• E-commerce Analytics & Stats: Check these tabs to view your sales reports, top-performing items, and revenue graphs.

• Import / Export Products: Use these tools when you need to bulk-update your catalog or upload your rank files.

Website Content & Design

• Pages: This is where you can edit the text and images on your static pages (like your Home page or About Us page).

• HTML Blocks: This special section is where global pieces of your website live—like your top header, main menu dropdowns, and your website’s footer.

• Blog: Where you can publish news, tips, and store announcements.

• Media: Your master image library. Every photo you’ve ever uploaded to your site is stored here.

Behind the Scenes

• Users: Where you can add new staff members and manage customer passwords.

• Forms: Where you can view messages submitted through your website’s Contact Us page.
