How New Products Are Added

  • Weekly Sync: R&A Marketing receives a list of new products once a week.

  • Automatic Upload: These products are automatically added to your website—no action is required on your part.

  • Availability: Please be aware that occasionally, specific products may be unavailable due to manufacturer inventory.

IMPORTANT: Storis Item Settings & Website Syncing

The “Available on Web” checkbox for each item in the Storis Item Settings controls API visibility and website syncing.

  • Visibility: If this box is not checked for an item, it will not appear in the API or sync to your website.

  • New Items: Going forward, always check “Available on Web” when creating new items.

  • Existing Items: If you’re unsure whether existing items have this box checked, you can fix them in bulk using a mass upload. Contact Storis support for assistance.
