Customer reviews are great for business, but occasionally you may get a spam message. You have full control over which reviews appear on your website.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Comments (or Reviews) in your main left-hand dashboard menu.

You will see a list of all recent customer reviews.

Hover your mouse over the text of the review you want to manage. A small menu of actions will appear.

Choose your action:

Click Approve to make it visible on your live product page.

Click Spam if it is a fake/bot message.

Click Trash to delete it entirely.
