How to Navigate and Un-Sync Items in the API Catalog Database

  1. Log in to the API Catalog Database. You can access this directly from your website’s dashboard by clicking API Catalog Database.

  2. Access your products. Once logged in, click on Items to view the full list of available products.

  3. Find your items. You can search for specific items using the product name or SKU. Alternatively, you can filter your list by Data Source (manufacturer), Product Category, Brand, or specific tags (like Direct Express).

  4. Filter for active items. In the item view, select Sync Status: Active and click the Filter button. This will display only the products that are currently actively syncing.

  5. Deactivate the sync. To stop an item from syncing, click the Sync Status button to toggle it from green to grey. Once the button turns grey, that item is safely un-synced and will no longer be updated or overridden by the data source.
