How to Run Your Product Upload

Note: To successfully upload your products, please ensure you use the Import tool as outlined below, rather than the general Settings page. Please also be aware that the upload process may take some time depending on the number of products being created.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Import in your main menu and select Manage Imports.

  2. Hover your cursor over Product Upload, then click Settings.

  3. Click the area that says “click here to select file from your computer…” and select your file. (If you are working from a previously created file, please click here to download the correct template to ensure it matches the website’s format).

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Import Configuration.

  5. Click Run Import, and finally, click Confirm & Run Import to process your file.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Skipped or Un-updated Items: If an item is skipped or not updated after running the import, this means the SKU in your uploaded file does not match the SKU on the website. Please double-check your file for matching SKUs and run the import again.

  • Missing Images: If an image doesn’t download successfully from the provided link in your file, the item will be created as a Draft rather than being published.

  • Missing Categories or Tags: If some details (like categories, tags, or other metadata) don’t come over the first time, simply re-run the import to pull in the missing information.
