When a customer emails you saying they are locked out of their account, you can quickly send them a secure reset link directly from your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Users in your main left-hand menu.

  2. Search for the customer using their name or email address.

  3. Hover your mouse over their username. A small menu will appear below it.

  4. Click the Send password reset link.

  5. The system will automatically email them a secure link to create a new password.
