Navigate to Upsell in your main left-hand menu.

Click Add New at the top of the screen to create a new upsell campaign.

Give your campaign a title (e.g., “Queen Mattress Protector Upsell”).

In the Trigger or Conditions section, select the rule for when this offer should appear (e.g., “When Product is: Queen Luxury Firm Mattress”).

In the Offer section, select the product you want to recommend (e.g., “Queen Cooling Mattress Protector”).

Optional: You can offer a special discount that only applies if they buy it right now through the upsell prompt.
