Note: To successfully rank your items, please ensure you use the Import tool as outlined below, rather than the general Settings page.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1 – Navigate to Import in your main menu and select Manage Imports.

2 – Hover your cursor over Product Menu Rank, then click Settings.

3 – Click the area that says “click here to select file from your computer…” and select your rank file. If you already have a file you created please click here to download the correct template to upload to the website.

4 – Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Import Configuration.

5- Click Run Import, and finally, click Confirm & Run Import to process your file.

Troubleshooting Tip: Skipped or Un-updated Items If an item is skipped or not updated after running the import, this means the SKU in your uploaded file does not match the SKU on the website. Please double-check your file for matching SKUs and run the import again.
