When a customer fills out a “Contact Us” or “Request a Quote” form on your website, you will usually receive an email alert. However, you can also view a complete log of all form submissions directly in your dashboard so you never lose a lead.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Forms in your main left-hand menu.

Hover your mouse over the specific form you want to check (for example, “Contact Us Form” or “Financing Inquiry”).

Click the Entries (or Submissions) link just beneath the form’s name.

You will see a list of every customer who has filled out that form, organized by date.

Click View next to any specific entry to read the customer’s full message and get their contact information.
