New Clearance Items
This tab shows items that were newly marked as Clearance in your ERP during the past week. These are handled automatically — the data feed detects the status change and updates your website accordingly. Review the list to confirm the clearance designations look intentional.
New Discontinued Items
This tab shows items that were newly marked as Discontinued in your ERP during the past week and have been automatically removed from your website. An item is not considered fully discontinued for website purposes until it is both discontinued AND out of stock. Once both conditions are met, the item is removed from the site automatically.
Review this list weekly to ensure no items were accidentally discontinued or removed. If you see an item that should still be on your website, check its status in your ERP.
