The Dashboard is your weekly summary. It shows two core health scores for your website data and how each has changed compared to the prior week.
Score 1: ERP Manufacturer SKU Population Rate
This score measures how many of your in-stock and on-display ERP items have a Manufacturer SKU populated. The Manufacturer SKU is the bridge that connects your ERP inventory to your website catalog — without it, a product simply cannot sync automatically (unless you manually connect your Retailer ERP SKU).
What it means: A score of 27% means that only 27 out of every 100 of your eligible inventory items have a Manufacturer SKU populated. The remaining items cannot appear on your website through the data feed.
Target: Aim for 80% or higher. Some vendors or item types may be harder to populate, but the overall score should trend upward each week as your team works through the list.
The chart to the right of the score breaks down the population rate by your top vendors or categories. Use the dropdown above the chart to switch between views. This helps you identify which vendors to prioritize.
Score 2: Live Website to ERP Product Match Rate
This score measures how many products on your live website have been successfully matched back to an ERP item. A match means that live pricing and inventory data is actively flowing from your ERP to that product on the site.
What it means: A score of 28% means that only 28 out of every 100 products on your website are receiving live ERP data. The rest are displaying static or outdated information.
Target: Aim for 80% or higher. The match rate is closely tied to the population rate — as you populate more Manufacturer SKUs in your ERP, the match rate will naturally improve.
Week-Over-Week Trend
Below each score you will see a trend indicator (e.g. ▲ 63.1% vs. Prior Week). This shows whether your score improved or declined compared to last week. A rising trend means your team’s ERP work is having a positive impact on the website.
⚠️ When Scores Seem Low
A low score does not necessarily mean something is broken. It often reflects items that have not yet been prioritized (decor, accessories, clearance) or vendors whose SKU formats are still being established. Often vendor catalogs have been enabled that display products that can be ordered. These items aren’t expected to match to any of your ERP items. Focus on the items that matter most to your customers to have pricing and inventory data synched first.
