This tab shows products that are currently listed on your website but have not been matched to any item in your ERP. When a product is unmatched, it is displaying static catalog information only — your live pricing and inventory data is not connected to it.
Understanding the Columns
| Column | What It Means |
| Retailer SKU | Your ERP item number, if a match was found. Blank means no match exists yet. |
| Mfg SKU | The Manufacturer SKU from the website catalog. This is what needs to match your ERP. |
| Vendor | The product brand as shown on the website. |
| Description | The product name as shown on your website. |
| Category | The website category the product appears in. |
| Website Link | A direct link to the product page on your website. Use this to confirm what the product looks like. |
Important: Do This Before Working the Unmatched List
⏳ Work the ERP Unpopulated SKUs First: Many unmatched website products will resolve automatically once you have populated missing Manufacturer SKUs in your ERP (the Unpopulated SKUs tab). Always complete your ERP updates first and wait until next week’s report before spending time on this list.
How to Resolve Unmatched SKUs
- Click the Website Link to open the product page and confirm what the item is and how it is configured.
- Search your ERP for a similar item using the vendor name and product description.
- Once you find the correct ERP item, update its Manufacturer SKU to match the Mfg SKU shown in this tab.
- Allow up to one hour for the feed to refresh, then check the website to confirm the match was established.
Cannot find a match in your ERP? It is possible the item is not in your system yet, or is listed under a slightly different SKU format, or is a vendor catalog item that is not meant to have a match in your ERP system because it can be ordered. Contact your R&A Marketing representative if you encounter items you cannot resolve.
