1 – Login to catalog database. This can be accessed via your websites dashboard and then click Catalog Database.

2 – Once logged in click on items. This gets you access to the full list of products available.

3 – From the item view click on sync status active and press the filter button. This will show all items that are currently active.

4 – To deactivate a an active sync. Click the button “sync status” from green to grey. Once items show grey that item will no longer be updated by the data source.

5 – You can also search by product name as well as SKU.
