Once R&A Builds Out My Website, How Does the Website Pull in Data from Myriad?

Data integration works through SKU matching. When the Manufacturer SKU (also called the Model Number) on your website listing is a 1:1 match for the Manufacturer SKU in your Myriad system, price and stock information will automatically populate on your website.

Scenario 1 — Perfect Match: When the Manufacturer SKU in Myriad matches the vendor’s Manufacturer SKU exactly, the website pulls in live pricing and inventory automatically. No action is required on your part.

Scenario 2 — No Automatic Match: If the SKUs do not match, the website listing will not automatically receive live inventory and pricing data. In this case you can manually link the website listing to the correct Myriad item by entering the Retailer Item ID in the Product Dashboard of your website’s backroom.

Finding the Retailer Item ID: The Retailer Item ID for your products is not directly visible inside Myriad. To find it, use the inventory feed files that R&A provides. These files are updated every 30 minutes and contain every item’s Retailer Item ID alongside its Mfg SKU, description, vendor, price, and stock level. You can search the file by SKU or description to find the correct ID (in the WebCustomSku column), then enter it in the Retailer Item ID field in your website backroom to create a manual link.

Tip: Contact R&A for the direct download links to your inventory feed files.
