Group SKUs in FROG represent multi-piece sets such as dining sets, sectionals, or bedroom groups — where several individual pieces are sold together as a single unit. Group SKUs are handled similarly to Package SKUs in other ERP systems.
Web Display Must Be Enabled for Group SKUs Separately: This is a common source of confusion. Each Group SKU has its own Web Display setting in its setup record in FROG, and this setting must be enabled independently of the individual item settings. Even if all individual component items are marked for Web Display, the Group SKU will not appear on the website unless the group item’s own Web Display flag is also enabled. If a Group product is missing from your website, check this setting first.
- Inventory for a Group SKU reflects how many complete groups can be assembled from available stock — not the sum of individual component quantities.
- SKU matching for Group SKUs works the same as for individual items: a 1:1 Manufacturer SKU match will populate the website listing automatically.
Enabling Web Display for Group SKUs in Bulk: If you have many Group SKUs that need their Web Display setting enabled, contact R&A or FROG support to request a bulk update rather than editing each group item individually.
