f you are running a special promotion or want to move all of your website leads into a CRM or email marketing tool, you can easily download a complete list of everyone who has filled out a form on your website.
The system will export this data as a CSV file, which you can open perfectly in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Navigate to Forms in your main left-hand dashboard menu, and click on Import/Export.

Make sure you are on the Export Entries tab at the top of the screen.

Look for the Select A Form drop-down menu and choose the specific form you want to download (for example, “Contact Us Form” or “Financing Application”).

Once you select a form, a new section called Select Fields will appear. Check the boxes next to the specific pieces of information you want to download (like Name, Email, Phone Number, and Entry Date).

Tip: If you want everything, just click the Select All button!

Optional: If you only want leads from a certain timeframe (like last month), use the Select Date Range boxes to pick a Start Date and End Date.

Click the large Download Export File button at the bottom.

The CSV spreadsheet will instantly download to your computer!
Troubleshooting Tip: If you open the file in Excel and the columns look cramped or the text has strange formatting, simply highlight the columns and double-click the boundary line between the column headers (e.g., between A and B) to automatically resize them so everything is easy to read.
