1 – Login to your catalog database (this can be found within your websites dashboard)

2 – Once you’re logged in click on the Items menu on the left side.

3 – Find the item you’re wanting to add to your websites product catalog.

4 – Directly from the item list you will be able to force sync the item without having to go into the manage product link.

5 – Hover over the item you will see a sync now button appear. Once clicked you will be able to force sync the item.
