R&A Marketing receives a weekly update of newly added products and begins building those products on your website at that time.

Critical Requirement — The “Web Display” Setting: For an item to appear in the data feed and on your website, it must have its “Web Display” setting enabled in FROG. Items that do not have this setting turned on will not appear on your website, regardless of any other configuration. This is the single most common reason items are missing from the website.

When creating new items in FROG, always verify that the Web Display setting is enabled. For existing items that are not appearing on the website, check this setting first.

Bulk Updates: If you need to enable Web Display for a large number of items at once, contact R&A or FROG support. A bulk update can be performed rather than editing items one by one.
